The YF-19 Battroid is a cutting-edge variable fighter from Macross Plus, developed by Shinsei Industries as part of the U.N. Spacy's Advanced Variable Fighter initiative, Project Super Nova.

Piloted by Isamu Alva Dyson, the YF-19 was engineered to outperform its rival, the YF-21, with unmatched speed, agility, and pilot-focused technology.

In Battroid mode, the YF-19 transforms into a humanoid combat unit equipped with advanced systems, including active stealth, pinpoint barrier defense, and integrated weaponry.

Its arsenal features internal missile launchers, semi-fixed energy cannons, and an external GU-15 Gatling gun pod.
