Can you notify me when an item comes back in stock?

Sign up for an account and add any product to your wish list.  If it's out of stock, as soon as it comes back in to stock we will automatically send you a notification email.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes!  We ship Worldwide, to every destination on the globe.

What are the shipping costs?

Where's my tracking number?

Every shipment has a tracking number.  Unfortunately, our software does not allow this to be automatically added to your account.  If you need a tracking number for your order, please email us at sales@umpretail.com including your name and order number.

Can you convert prices to my country's currency?

There is a tab (pick your currency) in the top right corner of the website that you can choose currencies from a drop down box.  This will change the currency site wide for you, but this is not a definite and final price, just a guide.  The actual cost will be determined by your credit card company/bank/paypal and their particular exchange rate at that time.

How can I pay?

We accept most forms of payment including - All major credit/debit cards (VISA/Mastercard/Maestro), AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.  We do not accept cash, cheques, bankers draft or bank transfers.
