We do our best to have all orders packaged and shipped within 48 hours.
WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS.
ALL international orders are subject to your own country's customs and clearance charges. These are NOT the responsibility, nor are they prepaid by Ultimate Modelling Products. This includes the new tariffs imposed by the USA - You will receive an email from EVRi to pay customs and duty fees before your order leaves the UK. Be sure to look out for this email after your order has been fulfilled. If the item is returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges we will bill you again for the shipping charges to resend your order or refund you the purchase price minus the shipping costs as we still have to pay these if your order is returned to us.

Unless otherwise stated all parcels in the UK are sent via Royal Mail 24/48 or EVRi Next Day tracked. All other countries via EVRi, Royal Mail, DHL or DPD tracked.

When purchasing from the USA please note the following -
Due to the recent changes in the United States’ tariff policy, all shipments from the UK are now subject to customs and duty import taxes to the states.
The onus is on you to pay these before the package leaves the UK. The courier we use for International shipments is EVRi. You will receive an email from them the day your order is fulfilled asking for you to make payment of the import duty to your country. THIS IS NOT A SCAM! You MUST pay these ASAP for your order to be delivered.
Because we’ve had so many returns from the US for this reason (people refusing to pay import duties or thinking it was a scam) we will not ship your order until you agree to pay these costs when our courier contacts you. If you fail to pay the import duty and the parcel is returned to us we will refund you for the goods, but not the shipping costs as we still have to pay these whether your parcel has been delivered or not and we are severely at a loss monetarily at this time for this very reason.
We do not know what the costs will be as it depends on the tariff the USA has in place at that time, at the moment it is 10% of the sale, BUT remember we’ve already taken 20% (UK VAT) off of your sale so, it is already 20% less than it should be! There is also a handling charge from the courier, which is approximately $12.00.
This has nothing to do with Ultimate Modelling Products or the UK, but your governments new tariff structure. We will also send you a confirmation request email once your order has been made.
If you wish to cancel this order, you must do so within 24 hours of this email or the order will be sent and your acceptance of these terms is auntomatically implied as agreed.
