We do our best to have all orders packaged and shipped within 48/72 hours.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS.

All international orders are subject to your own country's customs and clearance charges. These are NOT the responsibility, nor are they prepaid by Ultimate Modelling Products. This includes the new tariffs imposed by the USA - You will receive an email from EVRi to pay customs and duty fees before your order leaves the UK. Be sure to look out for this email after your order has been fulfilled. If the item is returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges we will bill you again for the shipping charges to resend your order or refund you the purchase price minus the shipping costs as we still have to pay these if your order is returned to us.

Unless otherwise stated all parcels in the UK are sent via Royal Mail 24/48 or EVRi Next Day tracked. All other countries via EVRi, Royal Mail, DHL or DPD tracked.
